At Beads of Paradise, we want you to be completely enchanted by your unique jewelry; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original designer pouch and gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return mailer, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
